Got a dress or occassion soon and need to shed some extra pounds? Well, you have come to the right page because today, I'm going to share some of my secret tips of losing weight. And yes, it works for almost all body types.
Here's the rule, you have to cut out carbohydrates from your daily consumptions. Carbs are our main source of glucose and excess glucose that are not burned turns into stored energy or in other word, fats. So, say no to white bread, rice, cakes, junk food, snacks and pretty much everything that is unhealthy for you.
Sounds hard already? Hey, beauty is pain and you have to sacrifice and work hard to achieve it.
Next on the list are sugary sweet drinks. That's a BIG NO NO for people who wants to lose weight. Because its easy for us to lose track of how much calories consumer from liquid calories and most of us never considered to count in calories consumed from liquid. Instead, drink plenty of warm water as water cleanse and hydrates our body. Plus, lots of us mistaken the sign of thirst with hunger which makes them consumes unnecessary calories and fat! So, do keep yourself hydrated and you will feel much healthier.
Detox, sounds familiar? Detox is done for the body to flush out unnecessary toxic that is lined in our intestines. Blocked intestines cant work to absorb nutrients and expells waste properly hence making our body fat and bloated. For me, I detoxify myself by consuming Apple Cider Vinegar. Yes ladies and gentlemen... apple cider vinegar is my ultimate weapon of detox. It cleans the toxic in our colon and in one week, you can feel the diffrence and your skin will stop having bad breakouts too!!
The instruction is simple, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after you wake up, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before you went to bed. Apple cider vinegar is scientifically proven to boost metabolism hence helps the process of burning excess fats even whilst you are sleeping. Seriously!!
Last but not least, exercise and healthy food consumption. I know most of us wants to lose weight but are lazy or have no time to exercise, its okay, I totally understand... so in the next article, I'm going to share some tips on how to burn fats without having to run, workout etc.
