TIPS ON LOSING FAT QUICKLY


         Got a dress or occassion soon and need to shed some extra pounds? Well, you have come to the right page because today, I'm going to share some of my secret tips of losing weight. And yes, it works for almost all body types.

         Here's the rule, you have to cut out carbohydrates from your daily consumptions. Carbs are our main source of glucose and excess glucose that are not burned turns into stored energy or in other word, fats. So, say no to white bread, rice, cakes, junk food, snacks and pretty much everything that is unhealthy for you.
Sounds hard already? Hey, beauty is pain and you have to sacrifice and work hard to achieve it.
       
         Next on the list are sugary sweet drinks. That's a BIG NO NO for people who wants to lose weight. Because its easy for us to lose track of how much calories consumer from liquid calories and most of us never considered to count in calories consumed from liquid. Instead, drink plenty of warm water as water cleanse and hydrates our body. Plus, lots of us mistaken the sign of thirst with hunger which makes them consumes unnecessary calories and fat! So, do keep yourself hydrated and you will feel much healthier.

          Detox, sounds familiar? Detox is done for the body to flush out unnecessary toxic that is lined in our intestines. Blocked intestines cant work to absorb nutrients and expells waste properly hence making our body fat and bloated. For me, I detoxify myself by consuming Apple Cider Vinegar. Yes ladies and gentlemen... apple cider vinegar is my ultimate weapon of detox. It cleans the toxic in our colon and in one week, you can feel the diffrence and your skin will stop having bad breakouts too!!

        The instruction is simple, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after you wake up, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before you went to bed. Apple cider vinegar is scientifically proven to boost metabolism hence helps the process of burning excess fats even whilst you are sleeping. Seriously!!

           Last but not least, exercise and healthy food consumption. I know most of us wants to lose weight but are lazy or have no time to exercise, its okay, I totally understand... so in the next article, I'm going to share some tips on how to burn fats without having to run, workout etc.

Ramai kalangan kita mengeluh ekoran dari peningkatan berat badan. Sehingga ada dalam kalang kita tidak yang dengan diri mereka. Tak usah resah dan tak khuatir dengan semua itu kerana cinta antara lemon dengan madu mampu menyelesaikannya. Apa yang penting disini adalah percayalah cinta antara mereka bedua mampu mengubah segalanya.

Minum lemon dicampur madu adalah cara yang sihat untuk dijadikan detox. Hal ini kerana, tiada wujudnya bahan kimia yang berlebihan jika dibanding dengan pengambilan serbu detox dipasar yang semakin banyak pada masa kini. Kemasaman lemon mampu menyingkirkan racun dalam perut dan madu.
2. Wujudnya cinta lemon dengan madu juga mampu menurunkan berat badan.
Pengamalan minum cinta antara lemon dengan madu juga membantu untuk menurunkan berat badan terutamanya kepada sesiapa yang menjalankan proses diet.
3. Pengorbanan cinta lemon dan madu juga Mencegah infeksi saluran kencing.
Hal ini kerana terdapat fungsi madu sebagai antibakteri dan mampu menghakis kuman dalam badan yang menyebabkan infleksi

TIPS SAYURAN KEKAL LAMAK


Tips Sayuran Kekal Lamak

         Kitak orang mesti angol nak mun sayur kejap jak layu. Lai-lai, kamek mok share tips that kamek ada on how kamek extend life span kitchen goods.

Sayuran Hijau.
        1st of all, cuci bersih2 with water and a tablespoon of salt, tok pakey get rid of any chemicals and racun nok lekat di sayur ya. Kakya, toss it well and simpan.

By doing this, sayur ya boleh simpan for almost two whole weeks. ❤

Lengkuas, Serai, Halia, Kunyit Hidup.
        Okay, caranya camtok, amek balang, engkah serai etc, then ngkah aek.. make sure the plants are properly submerged. Then, tutup balang ya rapat2.

By doing so, serai, leyak etc will be good longer.

Cili Padi & Cili Besar
        Seterusnya.. tok nang kamek selalu polah, kitak orang perasan sik, eventhough dah simpan cili bagus2 dalam fridge, kadang-kadang nya still rosak? Mok tauk kenak? Tok kamek mok share camney mok ensure cili dibeli ya tahan lamak.

         Before kitak orang nyimpan cili dalam fridge, buang tangkai nya lok. Because tangkai ya lah banyak chemical and will be the first yang rosak and reput dolok.

         Kakya, dalam tupperware/bekas, lapik kitak dengan tissue or newspaper...tok k prevent moisures from making the chillies soggy and rots away.

         Mun sik pun nak, dalam bekas ya.. tikam jak bawang putih duak tiga igek... confirm cili kitak orang tahan lamak.

            How are you guys doing with the current SST in the system? Finding it hard to accept the fact that almost everything has raised its price? So, I’m here today to share some of the tips on how to save what can be saved. Trust me, I’m frugal myself and every cent saved matters.

           My first tips is, don’t be lazy to do your shopping list. By doing early shopping list, you can avoid unnecessary spending to the minimum. Most people do buy things that they never really planned to buy… like chocolate, chips, tidbits and etc. Ring a bell anyone? So, don’t be lazy and plan your shopping list to avoid unnecessary spending alright.

            My second tips are, use vouchers. Some people avoid using vouchers because they think it’s troublesome and complicated, and some even find it embarrassing and doesn’t suit their ‘classy’ lifestyle. Well, you can choose to be classy and broke or spend smarty and have extra bucks in hand.

            Here’s the situation, would u like to pay half for the thing that you usually buy? Or you rather pay full price or more for the same thing? If I am smart, I would pick the first option and save what can be saved. For example, I like to drink Tea*ive, instead of going to the booth and pay a whooping RM7-8, I used D*gi application and purchased Tea*ive voucher with the price of RM 0.99 for a drink worth RM 6.50 during promotional period. See how much I saved from it.

            There are endless list of vouchers that we can get and use for us to save. My advice? Do your homework and you can save even more.

 This article is tips on how to keep longer shelf life for household goods.

Myth: Keep potatoes in fridge to make them fresher longer.
Validity: False
          Keeping potatoes in cold fridges makes the buds sprout faster and turns flaccid. The proper way to store potatoes is in dark, dry storage. Keeping potatoes and apples is also a big no-no. It will also trigger the potatoes to sprout faster. It’s better to store potatoes with garlic and onions for a longer shelf life.

Myth: Keeping bananas in fridge makes them fresher and last longer.
Validity: False
          Keeping bananas in fridge makes them ripe and turns mushy faster. To prevent bananas from going over-ripe and mushy, wrap the stalk with plastic wrap and keep them in room temperature. Their shelf-life can be extended until a week longer.
          We all know that parsley and green onions have short life span and parsley is especially hard to be replant. To extend their life-span, submerge them in a water filled bowl inside the fridge. By doing so, it extend their life span and stay fresh up to two weeks.

Balanced pH level is important to maintain a suitable environment for a healthy, functional body. Therefore, it is important to consume foods that consist of proper pH value. So today I’m going to list several alkaline food that can be consumed to maintain a healthy pH level. 

Broccoli’s pH level is 6.0-6.8 which is good to maintain a balanced body pH level. It also contains omega-3 fatty acids that helps keeps body inflammation at bay. Other than that, Celery is also one of the well-known alkaline foods which consist of great source of anti-oxidants and enzymes. Celery is also rich in vitamin C and B6, potassium, and folate. Celery are good for people who want to lose weight because more energy is required to process celery consumed. 

Garlic is another famous healthy alkaline food. Consuming garlic on daily basis improve insulin sensitivity and lower diabetes risk. Therefore, people with diabetes should consume at least several cloves of garlic per day to increase their insulin sensitivity. Kale is good for people who are undergoing low calorie diet since it contains zero fat, high in fiber and have excellent source of vitamin K

Cucumber which we use on daily basis made mostly of water and mineral which helps our body to maintain a proper pH level. Cucumber is rich in vitamin A, B, and C and it is also loaded with potassium and magnesium

Last but not least, Avocado is also well-known as super foods since it contain more than twenty different vitamins and minerals. Avocado also is known for it good source of fat which is mono-saturated fat and fiber.
